Australian Burlesque Museum

The Australian Burlesque Association is an organisation dedicated to the research, preservation and celebration of Australian Burlesque past and present.
Australia is a unique country with a fascinating history, so it's no surprise that Burlesque as a performance style developed so differently here than anywhere else in the world. The ABA wishes to research this history, and celebrate the amazing women and men who bumped and grinded their way across Australian stages. To do this, we are setting up the first ever Australian Burlesque Museum where everyone can enjoy the incredible histories behind this outrageous art form.
