Jo Weldon

Jo "Boobs" Weldon has toured the world as a burlesque performer and instructor for over a decade. She is also founder an Headmistress at The New York School of Burlesque, pioneering burlesque education since 2004. She has been part of the team at The Burlesque Hall of Fame since 2004 and is a founding board member at BurlyCon. She is the author of The Burlesque Handbook and Fierce: The History of Leopard Print. Her current writing project explores the intersections of sex work and fashion.
